Penrith After Dark gets Amplified through May
Following the success of Penrith After Dark, Council is keeping the party going with a four-week music and food programme across the CBD.

After the success of February's Penrith After Dark weekend, Council has commissioned a four-week extension, Penrith After Dark Amplified, running every Thursday in May at venues across the CBD.
The programme includes acoustic sets at Mr Watkins, a paint-and-sip night at Pinot and Picasso, a long-table dinner along Memory Park's eastern lawn and a closing-night street party on Riley Street with three local bands.
Council says foot traffic in the CBD on the original Penrith After Dark weekend was up 71 percent year-on-year and that twelve participating venues reported their best Friday trade since pre-pandemic.
Entry to all events is free; food and drink are pay-as-you-go.
